Sharbel Hasbany is a Lebanese makeup artist and beauty director, born in January 4th, 1991 in Beirut – Lebanon.
Hasbany received his degree from Atelier Maquillage Paris Modèles - Paris, France in February 2013. He started his professional career in December 2013 and developed a successful business around the Middle East and East Asia. Since then, he has been working for projects and beauty editorials with prestigious magazines such as Elle, Harper Bazaar, Grazia Magazine, Carolina Herrera, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs and many local magazines, in addition to bridal and commercial bookings.
Working on hundreds of projects, beauty editorials and weddings per year, Hasbany developed the skills to keep an organized and full-fledged business service in the beauty industry.
In august 2018, Hasbany was selected as the junior ambassador for Marc Jacobs makeup in the Middle East.
Currently based in Beirut – Lebanon, he frequently travels to India, Thailand, UAE and South Korea for Trade Events, and projects with magazines and billboards such as ELLE, Vogue, Femina, L’Officiel as well as significant agencies, for instance Toabh in Mumbai, Mdonna – Bangkok, Wilhelmina in Dubai and Arthubteo – Seoul.
Inspired by a variety of talented make-up artists, including Marco Antonio, PatmcGrath, Roshar, Christian Child and Francesca Tolot, Hasbany uses a unique style, combining colors and making the best out of shapes.
